Adult Music Lessons
Maybe you never had the chance to learn an instrument as a child. Maybe you took lessons at some point when you were younger, but quit for one reason or another. In any case, it’s never too late to learn how to play music. Adults benefit from music lessons too. Playing piano actually makes you healthier and smarter. Music keeps your ears young, it's a wonderful creative outlet. Adult musicians don't experience typical aging in the part of the brain (auditory cortex) that often leads to hearing troubles. Our uniquely designed adult classes proceed step-by-step through the wonders of music theory and piano performance. Learning is indeed possible for adults of all ages!
Children’s Music Lessons
With education funding constantly on the rocks and tough economic times tightening many parents' budgets, students often end up with only a few years of music education. Research has found that learning music facilitates learning other subjects and enhances skills that children inevitably use in other areas. A music-rich experience for children is really bringing a very serious benefit to children as they progress into more formal learning, We want our children – and the children of all those around us – to reach success in school, success in employment, and success in the social structures of our society. There is no longer any doubt that the study of music produces such results. Music is, indeed, a critical key to success.
